Fine Art School Portrait Mini Session Event!

Hello! I am so happy you are here! I want to share with you information about the event I am holding at Hardberger Park on March 4th.

WHAT IS FINE ART SCHOOL PHOTOGRAPHY?

My goal is to provide a one-of-a-kind boutique experience to my customers. My service is personal and professional. Many of us are choosing to homeschool our children and do not have access to school photographers. I want to make sure these families have yearly timestamps of their students too. That is why my prices are school-competitive, and I require no retainer fees upfront. You only buy what you love. Also, unlike big box photography companies hired by most schools, I provide great customer service and beautiful, artistic images to all families who have chosen me to photograph their students. I use studio-quality lighting, a simple black or white background, and I never force a smile. This provides families with fine art quality portraits (very different from the forced smiles and busy, unflattering backgrounds we grew accustomed to).

WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR FOR PICTURE DAY?

For picture day, your kiddos should wear what they feel great in. Solids work best for this genre of photography, but my only wardrobe asks are stay away from tiny, busy micro prints and neon colors (as they affect skin tones). I will be shooting from shoulder or waist up.

WHERE WILL THIS EVENT BE LOCATED?

I will be located at Phil Hardberger Park, Blanco Street entrance (East). There are 2 entrances coming off of Blanco to this park. I am NOT at the doggy park entrance, but am located at the other entrance (address 13203 Blanco Rd.). When you turn into the main parking lot, there will be a yellow structure on your right (where the open air classroom and main bathrooms/water fountains are). I will be behind the structure.

I schedule my mini session appointments back to back, so it is important to be on time.

Please make sure you have reviewed, signed, and returned our short contract (which outlines our session details) BEFORE the event.
